Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice, 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. If a client no-shows without a call the card on file will be charged 100% of the service total. If there is no card on file or the card is expired 100% of the missed service will be due prior to booking a service in the future. Please call (724)-369-8635 and leave a message to cancel or reschedule!We understand life happens and will be accommodating to the best of our abilities! When you book an appointment at Bare Essentials Spa that time slot is booked with time to treat YOU! Cancellations/ Being late effect other clients and bookings throughout the day!
